A great frosting that can be used for Red Velvet cupcakes or cake, carrot cake or any recipe where you would like to use cream cheese frosting. Super easy and requires only 3 ingredients. Adapted from Martha Stewart.

Ingredients:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and use a mixer and mix together until smooth.
