St. Patrick's Day Irish Soda Bread

Lynn demonstrates a delicious Irish Soda Bread for St. Patrick's Day.  Very easy and delicious.

Ingredients:

• 3-1/2 cups flour
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1-1/2 cups raisins
• 1-1/3 cups buttermilk
• 2 beaten eggs
• 4 Tablespoons melted butter
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
• 1 Tablespoon caraway seeds, optional

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix dry ingredients
Mix liquid ingredients
Mix together until well blended.
Grease and flour a pie dish (9")
Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes
