Libby's Pumpkin Spice Latte

Lynn demonstrates how to make Libby's Pumpkin Spice Latte.  This is a great Fall beverage.  Adapted from


  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • 2/3 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup pure pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, or more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Whipped Cream, (opt.)

Combine coffee, evaporated milk, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract in 2-cup microwave safe glass or small saucepan.  Heat until very hot (if using stove, use medium-low heat and stir occasionally).  Carefully pour into mugs.  Top with whipped cream, if desired.
