Cheesecake Dip

Lynn demonstrates a delicious Cheesecake Dip that would be perfect for apples or graham crackers.  This time of year, Honey Crisp apples are really delicious and would be great with this dip.


  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Apples or graham crackers for dipping

Blend cream cheese, Cool Whip and brown sugar in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer on medium speed 5-10 minutes, or until smooth.  Add vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix again until well blended. Refrigerate at least one hour, preferably overnight, before serving
