Tex-Mex Salad With Cilantro Lime Dressing

A great salad to have for lunch or as a side dish to a great Mexican meal.


  • One head of romaine lettuce, washed, drained, dried and torn into pieces
  • l cup frozen whole kernal corn, thawed
  • 3/4 cup sliced black olives, drained
  • 3/4 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3/4 cup crushed tostito chips
  • 3/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese mix
  • 1/4 cup of salsa, any kind
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Cilantro Lime Dressing

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
