Watergate Salad

Lynn demonstrates how to make Watergate Salad.  This is an old recipe that is delicious with cookouts or just in the summer or anytime as a side dish.  From Kraft.


  • 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 1-1/2 cups thawed whipped topping, such as Cool Whip

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.

Stir in whipped topping.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
